Check-in and out was quick. Bikes were in good shape and worked well. Would recommend this all. Site is only 3 blocks from Central Park. Price very reasonable

Except for being somewhat confused by the location- between 5th and 6th ave, 2 blocks south of central park, this was a highlight of NY for us. Friendly and efficient staff, beautiful weather and a fabulous park to ride around. Just wonderful, Thank you NY

The bikes were in great condition. I didn't realise that you can't cycle on the paths in the park and were actually on the parks roads with park traffic. There wasn't a lot of traffic but 7 year old was very nervous riding with cars alongside her. There are no sign posts in the park to point you in the direction of the sights. The park information desks were closed so we couldn't get a map.
We enjoyed it despite it pouring down with rain, it's a great way to see the park but buy a map first....
