We had a great walking (food) tour with Dante. You walk and sample food for three hours in some of the most iconic spots on the Lower East Side. I loved the dumplings and the donuts, but Katz's Deli is also a great stop. If you have never had a knish, this is your opportunity! Thanks Dante for making it so much fun!

We really enjoyed this food tour and learning about the history of each of the shops we stopped in. Unfortunately it was a very rainy day and so we did not learn much about the area itself - it's history, events and people but I'm sure on better weather days that type of conversation is included as is customary with most food tours. Dante kept a great pace for everyone in our group and no one left this tour hungry. Dante is a friendly host who learned and remembered everyone's name making us all feel like friends getting together for a visit.
