Once done at the landing location the pilot will take back off and continue the tour back to the Kahului Heliport.

For each single passenger weighing 240 pounds or more, combined weights of 420 lbs per couple, or for groups of 3 or more an average weight of 200lbs or more an additional seat must be purchased at time of booking. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers. It is important to provide accurate body weight at checkout.
It is recommended that all passengers wear dark clothing to help have less reflection in the windows when flying and therefore you can get better photos during your tour

Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter
Helicopter is a shared cabin holding 6 passengers and one pilot on each flight.
No bags allowed on board. This includes a purse, fanny pack, backpack, etc.

Great outfit. Every member of the of company truly cares about their customers. We had Capt Richie, a superb pilot. This is a well worth it activity to do while on Maui. The views are amazing. Safety is foremost with Air Maui. The copters in good condition. The ride was smooth and Capt Richie was amazingly knowledgeable on all the areas we flew.

I had read a lot of reviews for this company and we chose them for their safety record. I was hoping we’d get Cameron as our pilot and we did. We arrived 30 minutes before take off and watched a short two minute video. Our flight actually took off 15 minutes early. We scored the front row. It’s harder to get the best shots from the middle but the seats were anazing. Cameron was very knowledgeable and funny. Some of his jokes were corny. The entire flight was a smooth and enjoyable ride. I’m very envious of Cameron’s “office”. Remember to bring $5 along to pay for parking. $60 will buy you a video of your trip and a pic in front of the plane. The place is easy to find using the Waze app.
