Once done at the landing location the pilot will take back off and continue the tour back to the Kahului Heliport.

Weight Restrictions: Due to FAA regulations, all passengers must be weighed at check-in. For each single passenger weighing 240 pounds or more, combined weights of 420 lbs per couple, or for groups of 3 or more an average weight of 200lbs or more an additional seat must be purchased at time of booking. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers. It is important to provide accurate body weight at checkout.
It is recommended that all passengers wear dark clothing to help have less reflection in the windows when flying and therefore you can get better photos during your tour

Infants under 24 months must sit on an adult lap. PLEASE CONTACT AIR MAUI IF BRINGING AN INFANT. Over 24 months must occupy their own paid seat.

Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter
Helicopter is a shared cabin holding 6 passengers and one pilot on each flight.

From the moment we entered the door until we left I felt the group was running a professional service. Being a qualified fixed-wing pilot and air traffic controller myself, I had a critical eye looking at the operation. With my daughter joining me on the flight, I would not accept anything less than the highest degree of professionalism and the Air Maui crew did not disappoint. Troy, our pilot for the flight was excellent in explaining some of the sights we were taking in as well as providing a smooth and well-managed flight. Having a soundtrack piped into our noise suppression headsets overlaid by his comments made for a fantastic experience among the supernatural beauty of Moloka’i. I think this guy may have one of the best jobs going, and his pride in his work and Air Maui really came across; he is an asset to the flight line. Costco offers coupons for the experience, and you can then call the front desk to book and upgrade to the front seats if you wish (I highly recommend it!). Weight and balance are factors especially in a light helicopter so that is taken into account when assigning seats. If you are going to splash for only one major or higher end activity while on Maui, this is the one to do it on! Also a special thank you! to the office staff who went out of their way to find sizing in a particular souvenir shirt for me. Thanks so much ladies!!

This was a fun experience. The customer service was really good. Initially, we had a hard time finding the heliport and when I called the person on the phone stayed on the line until we actually got there. I sat in the middle so my seat was not great but I was still able to see several whales and waterfalls and of course the cliffs of Molokai were gorgeous!

What a great experience. All of the employees were super friendly and accomodating. Richie was our pilot and he was excellent! The ride, the views..all of it just outstanding! We did this on our last full day of a 2 week vacation and although we thought we had seen the island, it turns out we had barely scratched the surface. Highly recommend this tour as a must do!
