Votre hôte sera un guide d'aventure hors route Terra Overland qui conduira le véhicule, partagera ses connaissances sur votre aventure, répondra aux questions et fournira des instructions de conduite hors route * et les techniques nécessaires pour traverser le terrain particulier de l'aventure que vous choisissez.

Shawn picked us up promptly at our condo as we stood in shock at how big the jeep was. He told the boys-ages 6 + 11, that the tires were 36" high, almost taller than the 6 yr. old. We took a picture of a clean jeep and away we went. Right from the start Shawn was able to make a connection with each of the boys on their level. They were so excited to go out on our way and had tons of questions and Shawn eagerly answered each one. He even found time between the questions to give us some fun facts about the areas that we were driving into. As we got to the beginning of the trail, Shawn gave us our safety talk and then went to tell us how he had to take air out of the tires and change over the suspension. The boys jumped in and the 3 of them got the jeep ready for our adventure. As we started out, Shawn showed them how to open/close the windows and asked if they wanted to open the moon roof. They jumped at the idea until we went through the first clear water puddle, and they saw how much it splashed all over the jeep. By the time we got to the mud puddles, the boys were having so much fun that the one time they forgot to put up the window and my sister and I got some mud on us. Well, that was just the funniest thing they ever saw and then we decided to change seats and they made sure the windows were closed at every mud puddle. The laughs and giggles that came out of the boys and the knowledge and friendliness of Shawn made this trip to remember and talk about for years to come. If you have a chance to go out on any of the tours-GO! you'll have a great time. You can drive yourself - with Shawn in the passenger seat to guide you along the trail or you can sit back and let him do all the driving and enjoy the view of the mountains, valley and watch out for all the wild animals that you may see on the trip. The boys actually found a baby bear paw print in the fresh mud when it was time to put the air back into the tires and put suspension back into street mode to go back down the mountain and back civilization. Great time! Will do again next time we are back in the area.

We had a great time and were happy to show you some of our favorite "muddy" places. The boys were the highlight of the trip! They were intelligent, respectful, and easy to connect with! We had the BEST time with Shawn and Dawn on our off road jeep adventure! Our family has been coming to Massanutten Resort for years and we were looking for something different to do. This trip exceeded our expectations! A must for anyone visiting the area!

This is one of the most phenomenal off roading adventures we have ever partook in. Our tour guide was not only courteous but extremely accommodating and dedicated in providing the exact experience we wanted. We will be coming back for another experience!
