Whether you are an individual, family, or corporate group, we will explore how horses can guide our explorations into presence, connection, intuition, energetic impact, boundaries, and authentic leadership. No horse experience necessary and no riding is involved.

*Engage natural horsemanship based exercises on the ground that deepen how you can understand, connect, and partner collaboratively with horses
*Receive translated, real-time feedback from the horses and personalized coaching that offers insight on your unique leadership gifts, growth areas, and ways of showing up in the world
*Engage in bonding exercises with the horses that offer fun, insightful ways to learn about yourself, group members if present, and the horses
*Learn about herd dynamics and the neuroscience of horses

I came with my sister and her daughter and it was such an awesome experience for us. We had all ridden horses and otherwise had no experience, and it was so cool to connect and learn from horses in ways I had no idea were possible. It was also really interesting for me to watch our relationships with all the horses change related to the changes in our internal states. The ranch was beautiful and the arena was warm, thankfully, as it was snowy out there. My sister's 10 year old had a blast. Definitely recommend.

I learned so much and experienced things I can't quite put words to just yet. It was powerful, and fun and a loving way to be together. Bridgit is a gifted facilitator and deeply experienced and knowledgeable about horses.

Wow, what a great experience I had at the ranch with Bridgit. I had interacted with horses a couple times in the past, mostly when riding on trails in large groups, but I'd never had a sense for what interacting with horses can actually bring out in oneself. I booked a session on a pretty cold day and was happy in the heated indoor arena so the cold wasn't a problem as I worried it may be. Bridgit was very sensitive in learning a about me and where I am at in life. We initially spent time interacting with a few horses all at once. I learned about how leading with force will not make a horse move, but leading with soft determination from the inside made me and the horse into a team so that he could trust me and walk with me, which I think is something I will try to bring to my interactions with my colleagues in my work as a director in the tech industry. We also explored how to set personal boundaries so the horses (and other humans!) feel safer with you. I practiced noticing my own fears and calming down, and was so surprised to see that the horses were reacting to my change in my internal states! This experience was so enriching and moving and I connected with horses in a way I had no idea was possible. The ranch has beautiful facilities and the view is stunning. I really hope I'll be able to come back to dive deeper with horses and with Bridgit. Wholeheartedly recommend!
