Whether you are an individual, family, or corporate group, we will explore how horses can guide our explorations into presence, connection, intuition, energetic impact, boundaries, and authentic leadership. No horse experience necessary and no riding is involved.

*Engage natural horsemanship based exercises on the ground that deepen how you can understand, connect, and partner collaboratively with horses
*Receive translated, real-time feedback from the horses and personalized coaching that offers insight on your unique leadership gifts, growth areas, and ways of showing up in the world
*Engage in bonding exercises with the horses that offer fun, insightful ways to learn about yourself, group members if present, and the horses
*Learn about herd dynamics and the neuroscience of horses

Bridgit has a gift that is hard to put into words. She is gentle, kind, warm, patient, articulate and aware. She's not only aware of each individual she's working with, but aware of the group and what it needs in order to have an incredible experience with the horses. Witnessing Bridgit's connection and relationship with the horses we worked with was an education in and of itself. She was able to transfer her knowledge and wisdom of the horses to our group. We each had experiences in working with the horses that exposed the art of leading, following, surrendering, partnering and ultimately connecting. It was incredible to witness this work with a horse and then relate it back to my everyday life. As someone that is not always comfortable around animals, she also made me feel safe, supported and interested in the work we did.

A unique and impactful experience! The opportunity to be in such direct engagement with horses while being guided by Bridgit was remarkable! I felt supported but also given enough space to experiment and feel the edge of trying something new. I learned things about myself that I've taken back into the rest of my life.

I haven't spent a lot of time around horses in my life and was excited by the opportunity to be introduced to and connected with horses facilitated by Bridgit. Bridgit is compassionate, incredible perceptive and fun. She helped me understand them, be assertive (without being aggressive) and said one of those things that still sticks out to me and resonates as true - that when I commit to something and take action I get there. Having that experience with the horses truly serves as a great reference point to me with everything I do. My fear around horses was greatly alleviated! I encourage you to take this opportunity!
