I'm only giving this a one star because I have to give it something to write this review. In July this cruise, along with our trip, was booked and paid for, for an Oct 30th sunset cocktail cruise.
We showed up at the time specified and the place specified to check in and was told we cancelled it and it hadn't been paid for. It was quite a shock to both of us because I had the receipt in my hand that I showed the person checking people in that it was indeed paid for and we DID NOT cancel. So then he tries to get us to pay for the cruise again to go at our appointed time. We declined.... Long story short we didn't get to go on our sunset cruise we were really looking forward to. The next morning I called Funjet, whom we booked our trip and cruise with. After spending 40 mintues on the phone with the Rep she confirms the cruise was paid for and not cancelled, she didn't know what the problem was. She made a call to the company for the cruise and they supposedly were booked up the rest of the week. Next time we go back we will go with a more reputable company.

The reason it took them 40 minutes was because they realized they messed up. Your booking agent did not send us your reservation as they stated. You were not confirmed, hence why you didn’t get a notification of the cancellation. You should really be sending this bad review to them as you didn’t get to enjoy any of our trips and don’t really have an account of our actual company or our product. We are truly sorry for the situation but it was out of our hands.
