Experience yoga while floating on the crystal clear waters of Honolulu, Hawaii. Standup paddleboard yoga is a unique adventure that combines the physical challenges of practicing yoga on a paddleboard with the majestic beauty of Hawaii’s oceans and shorelines. Classes available for all levels. Small group sizes ensure personalized attention from our highly qualified instructors, allowing each student to work at their own ability level. The SUP yoga classes include many familiar yoga poses adapted to the water. Most of the poses are done seated, kneeling, or lying down, with a few standing poses as well to work on balance and core stability. Free time is incorporated into each class, giving students a chance to try any poses they would like to work on. Classes end with traditional savasana, a meditation experienced lying on the board with the soft rocking of the oceans waves, fingers and toes trailing into the water, and the mind free to relax and let go.

Was walking around Magic Island and saw a bit of this class taking place in the water and I thought I'd like to try this Now I'm not as young, flexible or stable on my feet as I might once have been and I'm pretty tall. But did that make a difference - not at all! (well maybe a little bit) This is an excellent fun experience whether you are looking for something new and challenging or whether you are an accomplished yoga attendee or stand up paddle boarder. Kelsey, the instructor, was fabulous. Very encouraging and helpful. There were differences in ability in the small class and all were quickly accommodated and attended to. The setting (on the water) adds a whole other dimension, and you get great photographs to share. Very addictive, and I highly recommend it. I'll be going back whenever I can.

I love yoga and I enjoy paddle boarding, so when I saw SUP yoga I thought why not. It’s was my first experience and Tabitha made it so enjoyable. She made sure that we had just the right amount of time to get into poses. When I was a little shaky, she would help me adjust my stance for better balance. She’s amazing! Plus she took so many photos, which really helped capture the experience. Mahalo

Our paddle board class with Tabitha was so enjoyable. It’s a once in a lifetime experience that you’ll never forget. We had a great group and really enjoyed the challenge it provided! I’ll be back to do this practice again!
