The experience at the museum was good at the beginning with Aubrey helping the most, but at the end there was no one to help me and my friends take the pictures. Once I got out at the gift shop, I see an employee and a supervisor just talking the whole time. If I am paying nearly $30 for a single ticket, I expect good service. I would give y'all 0 stars if I could!

We had a great time. Lots of neat (and educational) exhibits and photo opportunities. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely visit again!

Went to the Paradox Museum in Miami 2022/07/21 @ 12:30 The staff who assisted us were amazing. There were 3 staff in particular I would like to say thank you to. The staff that checked she was lovely There was a guy who assisted me with my daughter because she was feeling unwell. He was just amazing he kept checking up on her . There was a young Hispanic guy who gave her a ice pack and some cold water while we sat and waited to be picked up. Thanks to the young lady as well who was checking up on us as well . So sorry I didn’t take there names. Please keep up the good customer service.
