My guide was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to understand. The driver was amazing. The starting point of the tour was easy to locate.

They cancelled and didn’t notify us until 11:30. 2 hours after it was supposed to start. Haven’t received a refund either

We booked this tour 24 hours prior as it was Thanksgiving week and we weren’t sure whether it would run. The start point was a good 15 minute walk from our hotel so we were pleased it wasn’t raining! The majority of the seating was upstairs where the canopy was a little scratched. The tour lasts 90 minutes and you can get on and off at several places. We chose to stay on for the whole route. We were disappointed with the negativity of the guide. He wasn’t complimentary about his city or its residents. The history itself got a bit disjointed too. There was the usual push for tips too. I guess if you want to get your bearings in a city the tour is useful for that.
