We only had 2 days in Philly. This was the best thing we did! It gives you a "lay of the land" so to speak, so you know ahead of time what you may want to go back to see. The weather was perfect so sitting up top was very enjoyable and our tour guide, Mike, was very informative. Our driver, Tiffany, was fabulous!! She chased us down to explain that the next bus would not arrive for an hour (due to COVID) if we stayed at the Philadelphia Museum of Art but that she would be there another 10 minutes. We opted to get back on! Great tour. I would highly recommend.

Taking as excuse the pandemic, this company's service was below standards. Customers weren't allowed in the covered area of the bus even when raining and personal was very unpolite when enforcing mask policies that went even contrary to CDC guidelines.

Hello Havanaguy, The safety of our guests and employees is of the utmost importance and highest priority. Before traveling, check the pandemic plan of the city you are visiting. Philadelphia's requirements are more stringent that the rest of Pennsylvania. Masks & physical distancing is still required. I am sorry if you were inconvenienced in any way due to COVID restrictions. I do hope you visit the city and ride again. Please give us a second try, in less restrictive times.
