Took the downtown tour, it was super. The tour was approximately 2 hours including practice and training time. We went over 6 bridges, into downtown, over to the North Shore and back to Station Square, totally awesome tour. The tour guide communicates with us via ear piece. We had two tour guides and they were both very concerned for our safety, and always watching out for traffic at the intersections and when crossing traffic. I will go back to enjoy other tours. Hats off to Cory the tour guide, very caring and professional.

This is always on my list when visiting new cities. This one didn't disappoint either. Very good Segways, communicated by small earpiece and receiver worn on your belt meant you heard all of the commentary throughout the tour. Was a busy 90 minute Downtown tour as there was a lot of ground to cover. You had to be quick in a few spots to snap a photo. Price was very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend this tour as your first to do in Pittsburgh.

I was lucky-enough to be the only guest (scheduling error) on the Northern suburbs tour with Alan. Alan knows the area well and I had a blast zipping around the different sites. We later joined a larger group and I have to admit that it wasn't the same experience as you have to pay a lot of attention to other guests (not crashing into them), and it got a bit nutty trying to cross busy city streets with a long train of people. Despite this, the tour guides were great, and it was a fun / different way to hear about the city's history!
