Never had been on a Segway and training was quick and easy. Guides were friendly and knew the sights we were seeing. Great to be able to see where I wanted to go back to after the tour, and that it was walkable from Station Square. Great tour.

I recently moved to the PIttsburgh area and wanted to learn a bit more about the city. A friend came to visit over the Memorial Day weekend, so we decided this would be a great opportunity for both of us to get introduced to the city and have some fun while doing it. The guides to great care to ensure everyone was able to operate their Segway adequately before leaving for the tour. Some folks were able to pick it up very quickly, 10 minutes or less, and others required a bit more training. By the time we left, everyone had the basics down and could operate the scooter well enough to not be a danger to themselves or those around them :) Overall we had a very enjoyable experience, both by learning a bit more about the city and riding the Segways. One thing that could be improved, is a better microphone for the guide. When the wind blows into/across the mike, it was hard to hear him sometimes. When my family visits this summer, guess where I'm taking them to get introduced to the city?

I have been to Pittsburgh more times than I can count. This tour proved to bring out many things that I found to be amazing, amusing, and educational. The tour guide Sarah was amazing. You begin your tour across the river at Station Square. The tour consists of an amazing two hour tour which takes you over the river, across bridges, and through many of the parks as well as other exciting places of interest. There is an amazing rest stop area that provides simply incredible views of the skyline of Pittsburgh. There was a surprise stop at an ice cream shop that was wonderful as well. This tour is a "must do" item for anyone visiting Pittsburgh. I brought three friends from Slovenia to accompany me on the tour. Their comment was "best thing we have done in America!" That made the trip well worth it! You have got to make your way to Segway in Paridise. It will provide memories that will last a lifetime!
