Les voyageurs doivent avoir au moins un niveau de forme physique modéré
Vous devez avoir au moins 16 ans pour conduire un VTT monoplace
Ceux qui ont entre 3 et 15 ans OU qui ne veulent pas conduire leur propre VTT monteront dans l'UTV avec le guide comme conducteur. Un adulte peut accompagner l'enfant, mais le guide conduira toujours.
Les enfants âgés de 3 à 17 ans doivent être accompagnés d'un parent ou d'un tuteur légal.
Les chaussures fermées sont obligatoires, les pantalons longs sont recommandés
Veuillez arriver 30 minutes avant l'heure de début de votre visite. Si vous êtes EN RETARD et que vous manquez les consignes de sécurité, vous ne serez PAS autorisé à conduire un VTT et vous serez mis dans l'UTV avec le guide touristique.
Veuillez noter que nous sommes sur la GRANDE ÎLE D'HAWAII. Ce n'est PAS Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Molokai ou Lanai. Hawaï est divisé en plus d'une île !
Si vous avez plus de 70 ans et que vous n'avez jamais conduit de VTT, nous vous recommandons de voyager en tant que passager dans l'UTV.

Spent time on coconut husking over driving slowly to experience the actual driving experience. What they don’t tell you is that if you don’t keep up the speed on the rocky slippery terrain, you’ll be put in the ATV with racist bullies who they’ll entertain and chat with about shopping and irrelevant small talk throughout the UTV ride. What a horrible experience, I won’t recommend. Waste of almost $400 for me( kid and I). Horrible tour! I’d give it a 0 if I could.

Sareeta, we are sorry you didn't enjoy your adventure. Our guests are told before the tour and before learning how to drive the ATV's that if they are not demonstrating an ability to safely drive the ATV then they will have to ride in the UTV. If the other guests riding in the UTV weren't nice to you I really wish you would have informed us after the tour. We are many races at Aloha Adventure Farms and do not tolerate racism. This is a cultural tour where we strive to help everyone feel the Aloha here on the island. We wish you safe travels and Aloha.

I booked an ATV tour for my wife for our anniversary for Monday, July 12 at 10 am. We arrived in Hawaii late on Friday, July 9th due to a day-long delay in the San Fran airport and were looking forward to our excursion, but quickly started exhibiting signs of illness and were fearful that, though vaccinated, we may have contracted COVID. We spent Saturday searching for and scheduling a doctor's visit and emailed Aloha Adventure Farms Saturday evening at 9pm to inform them that we would need to cancel our excursion for fear of possibly having COVID and spreading it to their staff or other guests. I specifically asked for flexibility in this situation as I contacted them 33 hours in advance and they require 48 hours to receive a refund for any cancellations. Having not received any contact from them by Monday morning, I called to inform them that we had just received our COVID test results (negative, thank God) but had severe sinus infections and were wondering if they could accommodate our refund request. Their response came at 10:25 am on Monday (25 minutes AFTER our scheduled excursion) refusing even a partial refund. I'm sure Aloha Adventure Farms offers a great tour, but the lack of understanding, flexibility, grace, and most importantly COMMUNICATION by this company are beyond inexcusable (I also canceled a diving trip for Sunday for the same reason and the dive company was more than understanding and refunded me fully). They later informed me that their late response was because they are closed on Sundays - whether you are closed or not, you are in the service industry and are responsible to maintain clear communication with customers. I've never written a negative review of a company such as this, but I am genuinely dumbfounded at how negligent the customer care has been.

Aloha Dave, We have a firm cancellation policy. We can't pick and choose who the rule applies to. We understand that this is very unfortunate but it wouldn't be fair to to extend it to some and not to others. Businesses have to have clear policies for situations like this.
