Booked for 12 passenger van and showed up for 2 car 6 pax. Waited for the other car to keep the whole family together. Will never use Viator again. Not reliable company.

Hi Michelle, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with our service. But like I mentioned on the day of the service, your booking was for 9AM and your driver, Oscar, was ready with a Mercedes Benz Sprinter that can accommodate 14 passengers. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what happened, but you showed up after 10AM, which is over an hour later than your original booking time. I remember telling you not to worry at all, assuring you that we wouldn't leave you at the Port and to let me know when you're ready to leave for MCO. And that's exactly what I did. However, when you called me at around 10:08AM, all I had available were two XL Luxury SUVs. We didn't even charge you for the extra time to make sure your experience was stress-free. In retrospect, maybe it would have been better to try and make you happy, but I thought it was more efficient to mark it as a No-Show and close the job. Either way, I'm glad that I could provide you and your group with a stylish ride, just a bit over an hour and 15 minutes after your original booking time. Thank you for your feedback; I genuinely learned something from it.
