Exchange your voucher for your one day or two day pass and a current time schedule at the Gray Line Pink Sale booth at 846 SW Park Avenue (Stop 1). As no reservations are required or accepted on the trolley, only after you exchange your voucher for a pass at the ticket booth are you confirmed of a seat on the next departure that has seats available. If you are planning to join us prior to 1pm we would request that you exchange your voucher at Stop 1 to ensure you have a seat. With a voucher and assuming there is room on the trolley you may board at any stop but please exchange your voucher for a ticket when you get to Stop 1.

My wife and I visited Portland in August 2019 to celebrate my birthday. We have used the hop-on, hop-off buses for sightseeing in other cities, and thought it would be a cost-effective option here. First, we had to purchase the tickets on the waterfront, which was just a few blocks walk from our hotel (Hi-Lo Hotel, the Autograph Collection). We used a $3 discount coupon from our hotel concierge, and purchased the tickets. The bus takes passengers on a narrated ride through and near many of Portland’s most popular attractions. The driver/narrators were mostly personable and well-informed, although one did confuse the University of Oregon and Oregon State University. Besides that, we learned a lot about the history of Portland and many of the attractions. We hopped off on the 23rd Street shopping corridor, which has a large amount of great restaurants and shopping. We had an excellent meal at Thai Bloom! We hopped back on and rode the rest of the circuit back to the waterfront. The driver also provided paper schedules to help riders know when and where to get back on. The highlight for me was the beautiful and scenic Rose Garden and Japanese Garden, which show why Portland is known as the City of Roses. I would highly recommend this as a relatively inexpensive way to get to know Portland, and to help figure out which sights to want to see in more detail.

Took in all the neighborhoods of Portland, as I couldn't walk the hills and cobble stoned streets. Nice look at all the attractions, but if you wanted to get off, you had to kill at least an hour for the trolley to return.

Thank you for the review. Most of our guests find the hour between trolleys to be about right for the attractions at each of the Stops. The tram, the various gardens, shopping/eating all seem to take about an hour, sometimes two. We hope you enjoyed the balance of your time in Portland.

Our driver was fun tho listen to. He was knowledgeable and attentive. His corny "dad jokes" were pretty cute. He is also an excellent and courteous driver, something not always found in other city's hop on hop off tours.
