Exchange your voucher for your one day or two day pass and a current time schedule at the Gray Line Pink Sale booth at 846 SW Park Avenue (Stop 1). As no reservations are required or accepted on the trolley, only after you exchange your voucher for a pass at the ticket booth are you confirmed of a seat on the next departure that has seats available. If you are planning to join us prior to 1pm we would request that you exchange your voucher at Stop 1 to ensure you have a seat. With a voucher and assuming there is room on the trolley you may board at any stop but please exchange your voucher for a ticket when you get to Stop 1.

While I understand that problems happen, the start of the tour was delayed 25 minutes, reducing our time at one of the first stops. Then the second bus was 10 minutes early to her stop- we only managed to catch it because we saw it coming and ran to it. This then made us lose time at that same stop/we know others on the tour missed it and had to wait for the other. I don’t know if we missed signing for this but it’s also very disappointing that main stops are not included/no discount is given to spots like the zoo or Japanese garden. We didn’t know the japenese garden was charged as the rose garden is free. This information should be included in their brochure. All in all kind of disappointed in the service and feel it’s more of an expensive way to get around the city and has few benefits. Would recommend just doing transit or doing a more expensive tour than this one.

I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. We had driver call in sick at the last minute and responded but it did make the initial departure late. We track all of our trolleys via GPS and have a web site that allows guests to do the same. We show no case where a trolley was 10 minutes early and the schedule does not have that much leeway in it. It could be that someone mis-read the schedule that is provided to each party. Taking transit to our 13 stops would be a planning challenge and at least a 2 day endeavor and transit does not give a tour.

A highlight for us was the route the tour took through the gardens on the hill and then down through the older parts of Portland city

The hop on hop off tour bus tour of Portland was very good. The tour driver was excellent. I try to always use a hop on hop off the get an overview of the city I am visiting. I recommend them.
