As no reservations are required or accepted on the trolley, only after you exchange your voucher for a pass at the ticket booth are you confirmed of a seat on the next departure that has seats available. If you are planning to join us prior to 1pm we would request that you exchange your voucher at Stop 1 to ensure you have a seat. With a voucher and assuming there is room on the trolley you may board at any stop but please exchange your voucher for a ticket when you get to Stop 1.

We purchased this tour through a Groupon app for the day we would be in Portland, March 27th., for 2 passengers. When we tried to call for directions on where to meet Trolley, the voice recording stated that tours don’t start until May & there are No Refunds!! Seriously!? This information was not posted in any of the ads- or I wouldn’t have wasted my money! So angry with this company, who seem to be in the business of ripping people off. While there, we also discovered that you can buy a day pass for the streetcars for $5- a much better value. If I ever go back to Portland, I will not be patronizing this Business & will warn everyone I know to steer clear of them. Expensive lesson learned!!

I am sorry but your anger should be directed at Groupon. It has been very clear in our communications with Groupon that we do nto start our Hop-On Hop-Off service until May 25th. Please contact Groupon and request a refund. We will approve it, if they ask us too.

I was recently in Portland for the first time and wanted to find a safe and easy way to see the most I could in a short time and this was a great option! They provide good information about the city and it takes you to a variety of places. I enjoyed the Saturday market and the beautiful gardens. I also loved that I could hop on and hop off whenever I wanted, making it so easy!
