Exchange your voucher for your one day or two day pass and a current time schedule at the Gray Line Pink Sale booth at 846 SW Park Avenue (Stop 1). As no reservations are required or accepted on the trolley, only after you exchange your voucher for a pass at the ticket booth are you confirmed of a seat on the next departure that has seats available. If you are planning to join us prior to 1pm we would request that you exchange your voucher at Stop 1 to ensure you have a seat. With a voucher and assuming there is room on the trolley you may board at any stop but please exchange your voucher for a ticket when you get to Stop 1.

Eric was great tour guide! 7 of us took the tour - highly recommend getting to know Portland - we had a lot of fun!

This is a fine tour of Portland, but pickup every hour is too long for some of these stops. Most of these tours in other cities pick up every 15 minutes. Otherwise, the bus was clean, Eddy was a good guide and driver and knowledgeable.

As others have mentioned buying tickets is an odd process. They only sell tickets for specific tram times and they don't start selling the tickets until a certain time- it might have been 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. The good news about that is you're certain to get a seat (unlike other hop-on-hop-off where it's just a mad scramble). The bad news is that you don't know this until you've been in line for a while. Then they tell you they are sold out for specific times and to come back to buy the tickets. UGH. So grab a cup of coffee from the vendor next door or a snack from one of the food trucks and just do some people watching. There are tables and chair next to the ticket booth. It's a open air tram so come dressed for the weather. The seating is super tight- not much leg room so choose your seat carefully because the tour we took people rarely got on or off so there was no change to change seats. The driver/tour guide was exceptional- very informative and hilarious.
