USS Arizona Memorial

The USS Arizona Memorial, at Pearl Harbor in Honolulu, Hawaii, marks the resting place of 1,102 of the 1,177 sailors and Marines killed on USS Arizona during the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, and commemorates the events of that day. If tickets to the Navy boat launch tour out to the Arizona Memorial are available by the National Park on the day of your tour they will be provided. Otherwise, the Arizona Memorial can be seen from the shoreline at the Visitor Center.

An inspiring visit to Arizona, Missouri and the airfield. The guide on the Missouri was easy to hear and gave interesting information, however the tour guide was difficult to hear, gave muddled instructions and the schedule was not clear which let the experience down. I felt we were rushed through the awesome sites and then has a long wait at the visitor centre for a late bus. I would recommend a microphone and a printed schedule for the tour guides to allow for those who would prefer to spend more time at their chosen points of interest. We paid for our own lunch, the guide seemed unclear who had paid for lunch and who had not.

Just a brief note to confirm that on a recent holiday to Honolulu we had pre-booked the Pearl Harbour Trip (with lunch). The day itself was excellent. Thank you to our driver - Ernie- He was full of great information and humour. We were picked up and dropped off right outside our hotel. The PH site and exhibits are exceptional and all you need to know and more about this historical event is there and available. A must see if in Hawaii / Honolulu. Thanks again to Polynesian tours and Ernie for such a great day.

We had a great day seeing the key sights at Pearl Harbour, with a very knowledgeable guide. Travel was in a very comfortable, air conditioned minibus and lunch was not only delicious, but served literally as we arrived thanks to the advance ordering by the tour guide - thanks Ernie!
