Disappointed with the value for money. Short tour (slightly over an hour) and interesting, but not worth what we spent unfortunately.

Hi Erin, Thanks for reaching out. The cost of the private tour is to adequately compensate the guide for their time and expertise while giving you a personalized experience without any other guests. We do offer public tours with group sizes up to 26 guests at a lower cost. Thank you for your feedback.

Dana was a wonderful guide - extremely informative- and her sharing of her family’s personal story of loss was heartbreaking- but added such a personal touch to the tour. So thankful she was our guide - I give her the absolutely highest regard and recommendation.

Russell was our guide on the walking tour and did an excellent job! He made the tour very interesting and informative, adding some personal stories about 9/11.
