OMG! Richard gave us the best tour of Ground Zero possible! He is passionate and full of knowledge about Ground Zero. We felt so very blessed to have him lead our tour. There was not one thing I would charge about our tour, Richard gave me the information I was yearning to know about what happened on that horrific day in all of our lives that changed the world. Thank you Richard for how touch our lives by sharing your time and knowledge so others can grow in their understanding of what and where everything happened on 9/11.
