This is an absolute MUST, wow we were greeted as soon as we arrived in the arrivals lounge, then we were taken to our superb car - a lincoln with walnut and aircon etc - the wisked off to our hotel in manhatten, so easy and worry free, well worth the extra over a taxi

I thought this disappointing given that I paid around $96 A and my hotel told me they - could get me a limousine cheaper. It seems lot of profit for Viator built into the price?

Our driver was late - we had to search for him and even had to call in to find him. Otherwise we arrived at the hotel safe.
