A nice start to our New York trip - although driver not in terminal to meet us - torrential rain and heavy traffic around airport had delayed his arrival. Airport staff contacted on our behalf and driver met us outside terminal about 15 mins after arrival if truth be told fresh air for a few minutes was pleasant after long flight. Driver very friendly and polite chated on way into NYC pointing out some of the sites on the way. Would definately use again for arrival in city again

When we arrived at the airport we expected to find someone inside the arrivals hall with our name on a board. Although there were quite a few people like this none had our name on it. We waited for quite a long time thinking the driver was late (the flight was on time) and considered simply getting a yellow cab from outside as there were plenty of them and no queue however we had paid in advance so did not want to give up and lose our money. I eventually managed to call the transport company and they said the driver would be outside across the road. When we complained to the driver he said he was not allowed to go into the hall after 6pm (although as stated other guys were there with name boards). This possibility was never explained to us. The vehicle was also an SUV and not a sedan which we had booked which my wife found it difficult to get in and out of due to her bad knees. A bad start to a great holiday.

This was qa shambles. The driver was not at the waiting area, I had to get someone in the airport to phone. The driver did not know where the hotel was. If this had been my first experience of this service, it would have been my last.
