Upon my arrival at Charleston airport, I saw no one there to transport me to my destination. I called the customer service number and was told that they had no cars available for me. I was also told that they had tried to contact me while in the air on my way. I had no record of any calls or texts to my cell phone; nor had I received any e-mails. They had both my cell phone number and my email address, so whomever told me they tried to reach me was not true. I had to scramble to find alternative transportation immediately, as I had a business meeting that I needed to attend. I will NEVER use this company, nor will I recommend it. In addition, I need to seek a refund for my advance payment that I had made well in advance of the date that the company failed to show; AND failed to even notify me of the NO-SHOW.

I did a prepaid reservation. However, I received so many different messages re: the trip & especially, an excessive number of contact numbers to call for pickup at airport. We called all of those numbers while waiting at the airport, finally we got an an answer. We were instructed to look for a black SUV driven by Max. No further identifying instructions, needless to say, there were many black SUVs at the curb. Definitely, your communications need improvement to reduce the confusion & delay at the airport. this was a terrible wasy to begin a pleasure visit to Charleston.

Driver was on time. Plenty of space in the 9 passenger van. Offered many suggestions on places to eat and things to visit.
