Driver got sick, they did not contact us and didnā€™t get any help on getting another ride. Had 2 booked, they couldnā€™t do either one!

Arrived at Charleston airport with reservation for car service downtown. There was no one there to meet us. I called number provided and they confirmed reservation but said they had no drivers in Charleston. Missed a dinner reservation as a result. Iā€™m now waiting for a refund from Viator.
