The car service cancelled on us due to not having enough cars. When I called Viator the customer service rep was lovely and said she would handle the situation. Just praying we get our money back.

They did not pick us up, had to take a taxi - wasted 30 minutes trying to contact the driver only to finally be told they couldnā€™t pick us up

The driver never showed up to pick my friend and I up from the Charleston airport. (We arrived on a late flight.) When I called him, he mumbled that the car was never dispatched;: never made it. Weā€™ll duh, I knew that! So we ended up calling a taxi.
