First off, I called the day before to confirm the reservation. They had a hard time finding my reservation and asked for additional payment info even though it was payed in full. After confirmation, it seemed to be ready. When we arrived, I called again and they couldn't find the reservation. The first customer service agent asked for my phone number, I gave it. She couldn't find it and just hung up on me. I called back and the second rep was helpful and nice but said there was a misunderstanding on their part. Finally, they had a driver on the way. They were 30 minutes late for our pickup. When the driver showed up, the car was not nice. It was more like an old Lincoln Town Car used as a taxi. The driver drove erratically and had a hard time finding a major, 5 star hotel downtown. It was a terrible experience. The basic Uber rides I had later in the day were much nicer. DO NOT USE this company! Terrible!
