  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per van

After 5 or 6 responses to the vender (Carmel) they failed to pick me up because they said I was wrong. I gave proof of my responses. I had to take a taxi. I want a refund

This was the absolutely worst experience we have ever had with an organized pick up. We arrived at the airport in Maui around 11 pm, after a lengthy flight and everyones luggage was very late coming out (around 45 min) The driver that was to pick us up was waiting in the wrong spot and it took us at least another 15 minutes to find him. When he approached us he was yelling and swearing at us for "making him wait" and created a huge scene in front of other passengers from our flight. He yelled all the way to his car and during our ride to Kaanapali. He drove at speeds twice the posted speed limit on many turns on roads that had no lights. He was doing turns in the dark around 80 km and hitting the roadsides. Twice I asked him to slow down and drive the speed limit so we could arrive safely at our destination. His anger was both frightening and intimidating and he took it out on us by driving dangerously. We were both very frightened and upset at the level of anger this person displayed and that he put our safety at risk. Despite several attempts to communicate with Viator and Carmel (the parent company) we received no follow up from them directly. After several attempts to speak to a manager about this egregious experience we were never connected to anyone that could discuss the situation with us. It was clear that VIator wanted us to give up and stop calling so that they wouldnt have to deal with this situation. This driver is clearly not someone that should be picking up travellers, his behaviour was out of control and his driving was terrifying and dangerous. Pathetic that Viator would not provide adequate follow up about this very unsafe and horrible experience with one of their drivers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We have used private transportation all over the world and have never had an experience like this.

It was Great to have someone else do the driving after a long flight! Erik waited for us when our flight was delayed. He was fun and helpful. The van was very clean.
