Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

Our driver was pretty rude , made several rude comments , some directly and some under his breathe . It was a very uncomfortable experience and upsetting . We have never met someone in Hawaii that was rude , everyone is so kind so this was a very unexpected and disappointing experience . We will never book with this company again .

The vehicle was an old van not a VIP experience at all. Photo very misleading. Also very late for pickup.

Our driver was great but we did NOT get the car we paid for (SUV). I only wish they would not show and sell one level of service and then deliver something so different. I did text someone and they said they were looking into. So far, crickets, no word back. Cheesy…
