SpeediShuttle, you should be embarrassed at how badly you failed. My daughter is disabled and I reserved a private ADA shuttle at Kona Airport on your website. My credit card was charged for both legs of the airport transfer, and I received a confirmation email as well as a reminder email. When we landed in Kona there was no one to greet us. We waited over an hour while I tried to get someone on the phone. When I finally got someone I was told “I’m sorry but we don’t have a shuttle for you, I am not sure why it let you book that online but we don’t have an ADA shuttle.” I asked if there was a regular shuttle bus they could send instead of ADA. “No ma’am we do not have any shuttle for you.” We were left totally stranded with a disabled child at the airport and most cabs cannot accommodate her equipment. It took us two hours to find transportation. Let me repeat that: You took our money, apparently for a service you didn’t offer, and then left us stranded in the outdoor heat with a disabled child. On top of that, we received a cancellation email that indicated we would get a refund for a private shuttle the first leg of our trip and only a shared shuttle for the second part (we were charged and paid for a private shuttle both ways.) So now I have to spend my vacation calling to dispute that. I am absolutely livid that you would be so careless and irresponsible. Traveling with someone who needs special assistance is difficult enough without a service fail of this magnitude, apparently by a company who appears not to care at all. Incompetence doesn’t even begin to describe how your company handled this situation.
