Sandys Supper Club's cooking class was founded with the belief that we can provide an intimate dining service to those living on or visiting the island. It’s about bringing the dining experience to the guest.

We source all of our food locally within the Hawaiian islands, spending a significant amount of time working with local farms to source the product for your event.

Our menu is about celebrating the fish, meat, produce & tropical fruit of Kauai. Each menu is carefully crafted to the guests needs.

Ultimately our hope is that real local food prepared with love and intention can be celebrated. The philosophy at Sandys Supper Club is to treat both our guests and food with respect.

Chef Andy was wonderful. He was very accommodating and created a perfect menu for our family with kids and adults. We had him demo rolling sushi, then each of us made our own sushi roll, even the 6-year old made her own roll. This is experience was really fun for all of us. Chef Andy prepared tempura as we were creating and eating our sushi. The tempura Kale was outstanding. The rest of meal was a fantastic beet salad, onion tart, and ribeye steak. The dessert was homemade chocolate ice cream with fruit. It was a hit with the kids. Chef Andy uses the great ingredients. He was entertaining as well as an excellent cook. Everyone in the family enjoyed the event it went beyond just a meal.
