BEWARE!!!!! Just because the hotel shows up on their drop down, the address could be wrong and you will be charged extra and the driver will be late. We selected Renassaince Time Square and it automatically populated the address which was wrong. The driver didn't show up. When we called he was at a McDonalds in lower Manhattan. They required us to pay more money because they claimed we put in the wrong address. We should have just taken a taxi. We have filed a complaint with the company but no one from "customer service" ever returns a call, and they won't transfer you to anyone who can help. Better to walk to the airport!!!

Carmel should not charge cancel fees when their cars are late. Not the fault of the petson who ordered the car in advance!
