The agent that helped me with transportation was Anne-Marie. She is extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk with. If you have any questions about any outdoor activities you go to straight to her. She is very nice and patient!

Great from the start then add more. Our family had a car from the Montego hotel our driver was very informative (Earl). We arrived at the whitesands royalton it took a while to get our room there was a lot going on. We met Sasha rep to talk about our return, she told us so much, well done. We were very satisfied with service here. Abigail at reception is a great person. 5star at the bar (Jermaine). I have every confidence we will be back and book again with the nexus! We did the dunns rivers it was great. We will be back. Your staff are gems.

Private airport transfer, waited over 45 minutes from the time we checked in with them till we got in our car to the hotel. At one point they said our car was here and we rolled our luggage out to the parking lot only to haul it all back right to the curb and wait another 20 minutes. For the return to airport, met the rep Elvyn at the hotel. He told us to return day before departure to firm up transfer. We show up when instructed and he’s already gone. Hotel had a hard time tracking down the rep who apparently showed up 3 hours before. Never said he would be at hotel at a completely different time. Hotel finally tracked him down through some emergency number. No explanation, no apology. I have absolutely zero confidence our transfer will pick us up tomorrow. Incidentally as we were dealing with this another hotel guest was trying to track him down for the same thing. IF YOU WANT TO RELAX IN PARADISE, USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY
