What a surprise PLUS! 7 family members were expecting 2 cars to take us to ATL, then an amazing limo pulled up with a charming driver to deliver us there in style! Our Thanksgiving in Atlanta ended with a bang! What class!

This was my Second to third time using the service. It was a bad experience beginning to end even when i called on October the 4th to confirm my pick up time going to the airport. The customer service rep stated she only saw a one trip for when I had reserved a round trip. I am still not happy with the service at all. No one has reached about my concerns only stating that I may get a refund 7-10 days. I am disappointed

Made a reservation for transportation from Chateau Elan back to Atlanta Airport. Supposedly, the original charge was incorrect, but not because of me. I was specific in my request and received a quote; I accepted, but the day before, they were to pick me up, I received an email that the given was wrong; it was actually $100.00 more. I canceled transportation! Very disappointed and had to scramble to find transportation
