  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan

Driver was rude and drove unsafe. Was upset we called to see where he was. Nothing else to say but the experience was bad.

Our flight was at 12:22 pm Sunday. At 10:20 am at the hotel, and we still had not heard from the driver (which is rare since theyā€™re usually early). I called and the girl said I was to be picked up until 12:22. I told her no I had indicated on the form when securing the car service that we were to be picked up at 10:30 am at Omni CNN Center. She send me to the dispatch, and he said there was no pickup time. He also said the next car would be available at 11:00 (which is 30 minutes from the time I spoke to him). Had we waited until 11 to be picked up, we would have missed our flight. So, I told him to cancel the private car and asked for a refund. He said I needed to contact Viator for such. I feel bad since Viator itself was not at fault.
