When we arrived we thought the place was empty/closed down, but the business is down the alley in the back. Andrew met us and was a fantastic guide. He is part owner and also is one that runs the operation and his detailed explanation of every aspect of rum making was most informative. He answered all our questions. I definitely recommend this tour, you won’t regret it.

Although a small production distillery, the history and conversation was interesting and intimate. The co-owner ensured all were comfortable and encouraged questions. The tastings were plentiful, informative and fun. The herbal and chocolate rums were the favorites!
