This was one of the best experiences (we did the full day Gran Teton Wildlife Safari) we've had on any kind of safari and it all started and ended with our guide and naturalist, Jeffrey. The man is a repository of fantastic information that made an already incredibly well planned out trip by Jackson Hole Wildlife Safaris into a ton of fun for the adults and kids in our group alike. We were able to see a mama bear and her 4 cubs and tons of elk, pronghorns and bison. Jeffrey is engaging and as mentioned before, has a wealth of wildlife information and wisdom (or the "wisdom of old Bison" as Jeffery likes to say). He went out of his way to make sure we had a terrific experience, while still being respectful to the wildlife and giving them space. Jeffrey went out of his way, always armed with scopes and binoculars to make sure everyone, especially the kids in our group could get a good hard look at anything worth seeing. You cannot go wrong booking this trip and would highly recommend Jeffrey!

Our Safari Tour with Julie on July 29, 2020 was excellent. Great tour of the Tetons with sightings of a lot of wildlife and wonderful views of the various peaks. Started the day with sightings of a bull moose and a cow moose, along with an eagle and a Bison. The highlight of the tour was watching a Grizzly Bear Near Oxbow, swim across a lake, cross an island, swim the other side of the lake, then stop to eat on an elk carcass. Julie’s use of her sighting scope allowed us to clearly see the bear, especially when it stopped at the elk carcass. Got some great pictures and a several short videos. Julie’s knowledge of Teton and Yellowstone, along with her tales of past experiences in both parks enriched our understanding and enjoyment for the rest of our trip.

Dwight went above and beyond to show us the beauty of the Tetons. Starting out with a fabulous moose sighting, followed by the pronghorn, abundant wildflowers and some majestic bison herds with a pronghorn and her baby in the middle of the herd. Hawks, geese and many birds along the way. The Tetons offered a breathtaking backdrop throughout the day. Thank you Dwight for sharing your knowledge, insight and an overall experience of a lifetime.
