We travelled from the UK and this tour should have been the highlight of our trip, we really stretched the budget for this private tour. The guide was great but unfortunately the Air-conditioning didn't work in the Hummer, with temperatures reaching over 105°f the 5+ hours spent in the vehicle were unbearable, we spent every moment we could trying to cool off our 3 kids of 2,5,and 8 years old in the river at different stops, eventually having to make the decision to head home early. These things happen but should be dealt with, a replacement vehicle sent out for example, but after sending 2 emails to Crossroads and receiving no response I felt I was left no choice to leave this review. Extremely disappointed and our memory of Yosemite is unfortunately tainted by this day. I wish I had avoided, at over $1200 it was a huge waste for us, my 8 year old summed it up on arriving home after the tour, saying 'glad that's over' which ofcourse broke my heart as it was the children I most wanted to enjoy it.

Daniel was incredible and full of useful information. No fluff just facts that pertained to the tour and the local history. The pricing was more than fair considering they handled everything! When we return, Daniel will be required to give us another tour.

Absolutely fantastic way to view yosemite all in one day. Daniel our driver made this experience. He was very knowledgable and extremely friendly. We felt very safe driving around in a luxurious ford expedition with all round viewing through large windows and open top roof. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
