The pilot was very polite and welcome. Amazing views. My wife had a great time especially after having her think we were jumping out of the plane Lol.

Me and my girlfriend went on this plane ride and it was my first ride EVER! Vlad was super amazing and very thoughtful and explained everything! 10/10 recommend!!

Sadly, my experience was canceled. The company overbooked their availability. I was very disappointed. I received a refund for being kicked off the schedule. I would also have preferred more notice than the day of, after I had revealed the surprise.

Our airplane tours service is regulated by the FAA and we prioritize compliance with all required aircraft maintenance requirements to ensure the safety of our customers. Every 100 flying hours, a mandatory inspection is required, which can be hard to predict in advance and needs to be coordinated with the maintenance shop's availability. Due to the unpredictable nature of weather and aircraft availability, scheduling can be challenging. The situation did not involve overbooking; instead, it was an appointment scheduled for an aircraft inspection.
