We booked a supposed all brand new limo, or that was what showed in the photo of the ad where we made the reservation. When we arrived at the airport nobody was waiting for us, we had to call the company to confirm where the limo was parked.
The limo was dirty, old and looked nothing like the limo we booked and that was advertised. The heating did not work and the roof would open constantly. Also the driver did not leave us at the hotel entrance instead left us in the middle of a different street and gave us close to no directions of where our hotel was. We feel ripped off and do not recommend at all.
