When you are in Europe it is impossible to phone 12 hours in advance without incurring high phone charges and my email message re our arrival time was ignored ..,, has to be a better way to notify of arrival time.,,, and you need to allow 1.5 hours to process through passport control and immigration

It was terrible!
They didn't show up.
After calling 7 times and being on hold at leat once every time - somebody finally showed up -
One hour and 50 minutes later!
Horrible experience!!
