What an awesome experience! Beth was ready to go when we got our luggage and got us loaded into the van and on the road to our hotel in short order! She left us with her number to contact her for the following morning to take us to the port - curb to curb service is the bomb! Pulled up to the hotel within minutes of our calling her and off we went! As soon as we had service in port on our return I let her know status. Once again, within minutes of our letting her know we were through customs she was there to whisk us off to the airport (we really didn't want to go, but alas...). We would definately use this service again on our next trip to the area! Not having to worry about finding an Uber big enough for four (and all our luggage!) or take the cruise shuttles made this just perfect - and honestly probably more cost effective!

As we were spending 3 days in Port Canaveral prior to our cruise, we booked this shuttle package as it was a good price and seemed convenient. When we arrived at MCO our driver texted us to arrange pick up and stated he had vehicle troubles and had to use a smaller vehicle. He never spoke for the entire 1 hour ride to our hotel and when I asked how much it would cost for a trip into Orlando from Port Canaveral, he instructed me to call the office. So much for customer service. Our transportation from hotel to port was fine, though he never spoke to us again. Upon our return from our cruise, I received a text stating they had vehicle issues and wanted me to change my plans and depart 30 minutes earlier and share a ride with no offer of compensation. I refused this offer and they had a Uber driver pick us up. This shuttle service does not deliver on what they advertise.

Picked us up from Orlando airport took us to hotel, 2 days later dropped us at ship. After cruise got us to airport promptly. They were early for every pickup!
