I scheduled this online and immediately received a phone call from Barry about my tour and if I had questions. He told me the best place to park and where we would meet. Upon my arrival in DC I was in awe (first time in the Capital) and looking forward to my tour. We started the tour with me and my dog, Lady, who Barry took to right away, and who immediately jumped out of the tricycle. We got her more secured and off we went. The Covid 19 "memorial" at the Washington Monument was in the process of being set up was inspiring. We were at the Vietnam Memorial and the skies opened up and poured soaking all of us. Barry called for a taxi to get me back to my vehicle as quickly as possible and we would continue the tour another day. Three days later, I went into DC again for the rest of my tour on a better weather day. Barry had many little tidbits about almost every building toured. I only wish I could remember half of what he told me. Thanks Barry for a wonderful and first time for us in DC. Sandi and Lady

Hi Sandi, Thanks for taking the time to write this review! I will never forget your and Lady, nor the insane weather that day. One of the things I wasn't as diligent on before your tour was checking the weather. If I had done a better job, I would have suggested a different time and/or day. I never would have suspected torrential downpours, or how deep the water became in places on the National Mall. Also, thank you for the lovely tie-die bandana! It's so cool! I appreciate it, and I'll think of both you and Lady when wearing it. Thank You!

This review is so lovely, and I very much appreciate these kind words. As you may know, I loved showing you and your friends plus doggo around as much (if not more) as you enjoyed being on the tour. This tour in particular was such a unique and even magical experience, and I am so glad I could be a part of it.

Thank you for trusting me with your Washington DC tour experience. I so enjoyed taking you around to see the sights. Thank you for your willingness to share your positive experience with the world! It is sure to help people make a decision whether my tour company is right for them. Not everyone wants a private and customized tour with entertaining narration. Some people want a cookie-cutter itinerary and a stuffy human-filled bus and a static-punctuated recording. This tour would not be for them!
