We did two separate tours through "Tied to Nature." We did both the wildlife tour and the geyser/lower loop tour. We would HIGHLY recommend "Tied to Nature." Our guide--KC--is a former science teacher, and he was excellent at explaining interesting things about both the geysers and wildlife. This tour is a perfect example of learning things that you "don't know that you don't know." I do not have a scientific background, so it was really helpful to understand what I was seeing. You can google and figure out where to go in Yellowstone. But you really won't have a great experience if you do not have a knowledgeable guide. You'll send up seeing things, but not understanding them. Putting aside the knowledge of our guide, simply having someone drive you around is helpful. As the driver on our long trip it was nice to be able to see things while driving, instead of having to watch the road. If you are on the fence, I'd recommend that you spend the money and use "Tied to Nature."

The lower loop tour your with Adam was spectacular. He was passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about Yellowstone, wildlife, and the history of the park. We saw 5 wolves with pups, tons of Bison, Elk, then hit all the top sites with the best views at age points. We were also able to navigate and avoid most of the traffic and crowds. He even called ahead and times Old Faithful for us. Overall highly recommended.

Adam is an absolutely amazing tour guide. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kept my 9 and 7 year old's attention throughout the trip. Thank you so much for a great experience Adam. It was a pleasure.
