The guide was great, informative and kind. Tour was mediocre, not as interesting as I know Radio City Music Hall is.

Try to take the tour at a time that there is a show actually on stage! The Christmas spectacular was going on while we were taking the tour. Lots of opportunities to see what was happening on stage as we toured backstage..

The tour was very well organized and our guide, Charlie, did a fantastic job of keeping us together, letting us know what was coming up next and telling interesting stories about the places we were going to and currently at.
