There is no motorcycle license needed, and these automatic slingshots are very easy to ride since they are like riding a car. There was no experience. I was contacted the day before and asked to reschedule my 1p appointment, I wasn't able to reschedule. I was told they will cancel on their end and return my payment. Three days have passed and my payment hasn't been returned.

Hi, unfortunately we did not have enough participants to run the tour per our guidelines. We tried to reschedule you, but unfortunately you were not able to. Your refund comes from Viator not from us since you paid them and we don't see payments for 30 days. We regret the inconvenience
