My son and I were looking for something to do on our last day in NYC so tried this out. It wasn’t crowded at all. I thought the price was reasonable for a his activity. The entire thing took us about 1 hr 20 min. You start by sitting in a subway simulator with a great video about the history of the city, Next you walk through a museum with great info and some artifacts about history, entertainment etc…would have loved more artifacts. Last is the simulator ride which was awesome.

I was kind of expecting this to be very touristy, but I was pleasantly surprised how well done it was. There was a lot of interesting information about NYC. The video at the start was very interesting. The virtual ride at the end was very fun. I wish the virtual video had labels on the different sections so when you are soaring over an area, you knew where you were.

The ride itself was great! Did not like the employees attitude. I purchased the front of the line and ended up in the back because they did not know what I had purchased.
