Jacob picked us up at our cruise port and from that moment we knew we were in good hands with his colorful commentary and fabulous smile! The road to Hana, black sand beaches, rainbow trees, Sandy’s banana bread!! Wow, with Jacob’s knowledge and his local affiliations we could not have asked for a better tour.

We had Jacob as our Tour Guide and he deserves 5 stars. He was great!

On the downfall we forgot a hat on the shuttle. I contacted the company right away and they said someone would get in contact with me, however, after two days of no call, I called again and I sent Stephanie the coordinator for Dynamic Tours a text message. From the day we lost the hat, we were on the island for another week. I asked her if they could drop it off or if there was a way for us to come get it at a designated place. She responded and said she would check the bus and would get back to me later that day...I didn't hear back. I followed up and the next day she responded saying she had found the hat. She asked me how long I would be on the Island and during this time, I still had a few days left. I kept having to follow-up with her to see what the status was and if they could drop it off or I could pick it up somewhere, however, she would always dodge the question. Even on my last day I had to contact her and she said she wasn't on the island and the hat was still on the bus. She said she would mail it to us since it was our last day. I had told her previously that this wasn't my hat but someone else's in my group so it was important for me to retrieve it.The annoying part of this was the fact she wasn't straightforward...if you aren't able to do something, don't say what you think I want you to say. Lastly, it's been over two weeks and we still have not received the hat....I even sent Stephanie a text message asking her if the hat had been mailed and I have yet to receive a response. It's really upsetting that this occurred.

Our guide for the day was Jake. Aside from some confusion regarding our pick-up time we had a brilliant day. Jake was really knowledgeable, but didn't drone on about boring things. Also always felt very safe with him at the wheel!
